Gabriella is a seasoned international executive coach and a best-selling author.  A former Marketing Director with an 18-year career spanning Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific, Gabriella had responsibility for group strategy, branding, product management, marketing communications and research working in partnership with cross-cultural teams.

Originating from New Zealand, Gabriella speaks fluent Spanish and has a working knowledge of French, Japanese and Portuguese.  She recently had her first book published – “Gulp! The seven day crash course to master fear and break through any challenge” – and is the author of two career development audio books.  Gabriella has a keen interest in film and documentary making, photography and cross-country walking and is a strong supporter of Global Angels, an international charity aimed at helping women and children in third world countries.


Gabriella specialises in coaching senior executives and directors from a wide range of cultures with an international or pan-European remit who need to influence across cultures to shape and lead their business units, turning potential into results.  In addition to the daily challenges of managing, motivating and leading in a multi-cultural, multi-location team to deliver results, often in dynamic market conditions, many have the added pressure of working within a different leadership culture due to foreign ownership.  Some are relatively new to the role whilst others are seasoned international executives.

Gabriella has been instrumental in developing and delivering highly successful cross-cultural leadership and coaching skills programmes and regularly travels overseas for coaching assignments.  Clients she has worked with include AstraZeneca, Black & Decker, Foster Wheeler, Hitachi Europe, HJ Heinz, Javelin Group, Leaseplan, Manpower, Mouchel, Panasonic, Portman Building Society, Rolls-Royce, Royal Mail, Tesco (Europe and Hong Kong), The Carphone Warehouse and United Utilities.

In addition to frequently providing expert comment to the national and international media, Gabriella is a popular seminar presenter and speaker, and has enjoyed engagements for the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, International Coach Federation and Association of Business Psychologists.
