A proven entrepreneur and business leader, John has an established track record of leading international businesses and delivering results through working collaboratively in diverse teams. In the nineties, John was Director of IT consultancy, Team121 – one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. He then became International Managing Director at Logica before becoming their Director of Coaching – the first such role in a FTSE250 organisation. He has an MBA, an MSc in IT and has been a voluntary Board member of a number of community organisations.

John is a well-known author, speaker and presenter and regularly writes and presents on personal transformation, leadership, coaching and business trends. In 2009, he wrote the acclaimed book ‘Where were all the coaches when the banks went down?’ with colleague, Ian Day.



An inspiring, honest and visionary leadership coach, John specialises in transitioning ‘Top 100’ leaders who are promoted into Board level and Country Managing Director roles. He also has a passion for supporting those who are engaged in international mergers and acquisitions and guiding those who are responsible for leading strategic change, including mobilising virtual teams in global, matrix structures.

He has coached more than 150 leaders and managers across the globe, including Board level leaders in FTSE250 organisations. John’s clients include British Airways, BBC, FSA, Jones Lang LaSalle, Kellogg’s, Logica, Telenor, Steria and Yell.
