Introduction to Full Potential Group coaching

Karen

Full Potential Group™ Executive Coach

"I have a deep-seated and unwavering passion that coaching empowers individuals to achieve high levels of excellence. As I work with clients, we identify areas in which they already excel and we build on those to reach new peaks of performance and fulfilment.  We examine the difficulties they currently face and devise strategies to overcome them in a way that’s totally tailored to them.  With my powerful, fresh and inspiring style, I challenge, support, encourage and believe in clients so that they step into their greatness, both professionally and personally.

Coaching will uncover your leadership abilities and show how you can inspire others.  It will empower you to question the way you think about your abilities, and discover fresh ways to succeed in life: it will help you achieve a greater work/life balance and increased confidence. Everyone deserves to have a coach!"

Background

Karen spent seven years in management consultancy, specialising in change management, where she worked with clients such as British Aerospace, Hay Management Consultants, Syntegra and Capita Consulting. She qualified as a coach in 2004 and has since taken on a diverse range of clients, from investment bankers, group finance directors, recruitment directors and PhD students eager to improve performance and build confidence, to people summoning up the courage to run their first marathon.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you… And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."  Marianne Williamson
