Full Potential Group™ Head of Coaching
"Going through any change can result in many disorientating internal processes. My aim is to bring together themes and patterns to fully understand the complexities of situations and support people through these challenges, working together to plan and implement practical, realistic steps forward. As a coach, my style is practical and upbeat, but also reflective."
Liz specialises in personal and leadership development coaching; boosting self-awareness, building presence and credibility, sharpening personal values, purpose and mission, and uncovering the attitudes and beliefs that hold people back from honing their leadership impact and leading fulfilling lives. She is characterised by her energetic and open approach and displays a pragmatic, yet highly-creative commitment to bringing about positive, lasting change to individuals and organisations.
In 1999 she began delivering coaching, training, facilitation, team-building, problem-solving and personal development to individuals and groups across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Liz still has a great interest in her first love – drama. She has taken part in a number of workshops for physical theatre and, when appropriate, uses techniques from these in her work with clients to strengthen their personal impact and leadership presence.
In addition to her executive coaching work, Liz is a highly-experienced facilitator, working with groups and teams to develop high-level interpersonal skills, building coaching capability, teaching strategies for responding well to change and supporting individuals to step out of their comfort zones to create long-term sustainable change.
After working with Liz, clients have reported that they are more effective, make better decisions, have more confidence and have developed a deep sense of potential and how this can be exploited for long-term success.
Organisations that Liz has worked with include BBC World Service, Bovis Lend Lease, BPP Professional Education, Breast Cancer Care, Cancer Research UK, Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust, Clyde Materials Handling, DHL, Javelin, Kingston Communications, Medtronic, Mouchel, National Association of Citizen’s Advice Bureaux, Redbridge Borough Council (London & Quadrant Housing Association), Royal Mail, Telegraph Media Group, Tesco, Text 100, United Utilities and Westminster City Council.
