Introduction to Full Potential Group coaching

Sue

Full Potential Group™ Executive Coach

"I listen deeply to my clients and believe them to have the answers to their own issues. I also reflect back what I see, hear and sense from personally working with my clients and I do not hesitate to tell the hard truth when that is needed.

In all my coaching, I focus on helping the client achieve growth in thought, behaviour and action, thereby creating permanent change. My style is soft, deep and humorous - even when addressing serious issues. I stand as a partner with my clients and together we seek the truth."

Background

Warm, sparky and always engaging, Sue has long been committed to helping people be the best they can be – for themselves and those around them. She brings a wealth of experience in human resources, development and management consultancy to her work as an executive coach and facilitator, and has worked with a vast range of people – from City and FMCG executives to the long-term unemployed, for whom she ran a motivational scheme during her time at West London TEC and Employment Service.

Expertise

As a coach one of Sue’s passions is supporting executives and SME business owners, helping them to create situations that provide powerful benefits for both themselves and their organisations. She specialises in working with people to increase their business confidence, their communication and leadership skills and emotional intelligence – maximising their positive influence within the workplace.

A regular speaker and workshop facilitator on work-life balance, stress management, inspirational leadership and presentation skills, Sue was also instrumental in evolving FPG’s Coach Training for Managers programme: she is dedicated to sharing the impact and momentum coaching can bring to organisations.

With her extensive experience in organisations such as Argos, AstraZeneca, Bovis Lend Lease, Hitachi, Portman Building Society, Tesco and Wandsworth Borough Council, Sue’s insightful ability to evaluate workplace culture is fundamental in her work as she aids individuals, teams and companies to identify and build their vision, working through their specific challenges to boost motivation – and results.
