Following an MA in European Management at Cranfield, Trevor’s pre-coaching career focused on marketing and communications, primarily in senior account direction roles in advertising agencies. He led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful campaigns against challenging client targets and agency profitability measures.

Trevor has always, unconsciously, brought a coaching style to his work by listening, questioning, supporting, challenging and facilitating individuals from diverse backgrounds to pull together and deliver creativity, service and strategic intelligence for a wide range of clients.  His leadership style has been described as genuine, inspiring and supportive, and he has long been seen as one who ‘walks the talk.’ In addition, Trevor likes to engender loyalty and commitment, retaining powerful, long-term client relationships through a combination of delivering results, winning awards, generating trust and energising others through his passion and commitment for the work that he does.


Since training as a coach in 2002 Trevor has worked as coach and workshop leader with executives and teams from a wide range of organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors. In recent months his clients have included large organisations such as Nationwide Building Society, NHS Manchester, Vodafone, National Trust, University of Sussex and Alzheimer’s Society as well as smaller concerns such as web agencies and solopreneurs.

Clients say Trevor and his coaching style is empowering, calming, highly intuitive, respectful, wise and always positive.  In addition to being a qualified coach, Trevor is experienced and passionate about using awareness-raising tools such as Myers Briggs, StrengthsFinder and Belbin Team Roles to increase confidence within leaders and managers and to foster better working relationships among colleagues.
