Zoe’s earlier career was spent consulting across various industries, most notably Telecommunications. She specialised in turning around projects, improving existing service portfolios and advising her clients on how best to take advantage of new business opportunities and new technologies. Her last role, before moving into coaching, was as a Senior Consultant for a boutique telecommunications consultancy, the Yankee Group, working with clients such as Cisco, Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent), Telia, Global One (now Orange Business Services) and Goldman Sachs.

After her move into coaching, Zoe, who has always had a strong entrepreneurial streak and passion for both people and business, was part of a small team who bought the license to operate The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in the UK. CTI is the largest in-person coach training organisation in the world and has trained over 20,000 leaders, managers and coaches. At CTI UK Zoe was responsible for client relationships and worked closely with corporate clients, co-creating and managing coaching programmes to support them in reaching their business and people objectives.


Since 2001, Zoe has worked as a commercially-focused executive and team coach and facilitator with leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and creative businesses looking for or undergoing change. She has a passion for working closely with organisations and people who are committed to being self-aware, creating success that is meaningful and fulfilling and being or remaining leaders, both in their industry and further afield.

Zoe has been described as business-savvy, highly-perceptive and challenging by her clients and has worked with people and teams at Asthma UK, Cantor Fitzgerald, Directgov, Deloitte, EMAP, Global Private Banks, IBM, The London Rebuilding Society, MSN, Prudential, Publicis, PWC and QinetiQ.
