Responsibilities
CB ensures the needs of our clients and extended team are exceeded; foreseeing needs and delivering timely and flexible solutions. It's CB who provides a remarkably seamless transition for new clients from the business development team into the hands of client services. She also acts as a key point of contact for all queries before, during and after the programmes. Above all, CB ensures the customer is King!
Experience
CB's previous roles were in events; most recently spending 12 years as an event manager in the pharmaceutical industry, prior to which she worked as a freelance event manager. Her roles have always incorporated marketing - as well as organisational - responsibilities.
Motivation
CB is proud of her accolade as the supreme office organiser, but what motivates and excites her most is seeing how FPG change people's lives, "it's so rewarding!" she says.
