Responsibilities
As both founder and CEO, Carole leads FPG with passion. Responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the business, Carole is also the principle designer of many of our market-leading coaching, leadership, team and culture transformation programmes.
Experience
Carole started out in retail buying and merchandising with the Burton Group, before moving on to a career in marketing, sales promotion and business development across Europe, Australia and US. She was then appointed Marketing Director for UK publishing group VCI plc, where she was behind successes such as Riverdance.
Motivation
Carole’s energetic, creative commitment to bringing positive change to individuals and organisations is the passion that fuels Full Potential Group™, which she established and has run since 1997. As the company’s CEO she lives her message, igniting interest, hope and excitement about the potential that lies within us all.
