In-house coach development and licensing
...provides the tools, skills and inspiration for individuals in your organisation to become highly-competent coaches and cascade 'Manager as Coach' training.
As a natural extension of an FPG coaching programme, our clients often ask us to help them cascade robust in-house coaching capability throughout the organisation. The need for in-house coach development is often stimulated by the implementation of an FPG licensing programme - in which case we will train individuals within the client organisation to deliver FPG core content, or by the undertaking of a formal accreditation programme - in which case our master coaches will transfer the skills and core techniques necessary to obtain a recognised coaching qualification. In either case, as the culmination of their development, individuals will be confidently coaching within their organisation, with the option of cascading coaching skills further.
