Sue is a highly experienced coach and leadership development specialist working with senior executives globally to create sustainable high performance. Sue works 1:1 and facilitates teams, up to and including board level. As an elite sportswoman and polar adventurer, Sue brings a powerful combination of business acumen and psychological insight from her sporting and adventure background. Sue has first-hand experience of the pressures and demands required to achieve excellence in fast paced and challenging environments.

As an author, Sue has written several business books: Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs; Kickstart your Motivation; the Growth Story; co-author of Cope with Change at Work and the Personality Workbook. Sue has been a visiting lecturer at University of Bath, Oxford Brookes University, and University of Surrey on subjects related to motivation, leadership, and change. Sue is also the first British woman to walk to the Magnetic North Pole and has participated in expeditions to Antarctica, Greenland, Kenya, Chile, and the Geographical North Pole.
