Following an MA in European Management at Cranfield School of Management, Trevor's pre-coaching career focused on marketing and communications. He worked for more than a decade in the advertising industry with responsibility for leading client accounts.
Since training as a coach in 2002, Trevor has worked as an executive coach and workshop leader with executives and teams from a wide range of organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
His style of coaching is empowering, calming, highly intuitive, respectful, wise and always positive.
Organisations with which Trevor has worked with include Nationwide Building Society, NHS Manchester, Vodafone, National Trust, University of Sussex and Alzheimer's Society.
