'For me, developing people is about creating the clarity and confidence to act differently. We tend to be at our most confident and clear when we are playing to our strengths and acting on our natural preferences. So, when I’m working with organisations and their people, my focus is on empowering coaches and workshop participants to align their natural self with the task at hand.'
