Sue spent 20 years as a shareholder and director at a Strategic Market Research agency. During this time she operated as a consultant working at board level with blue chip companies both in the UK and internationally.
Sue specialises in working with leaders and teams, particularly at senior and board level. She is fuelled by her passion for supporting leaders, teams and organisations to create a different style of leadership that is collective, visionary, collaborative and transformational so that organisations can survive and thrive in the ever-changing business climate. Areas in which she has significant experience include enabling leaders and teams to build increased trust and rapport, define their values and purpose, develop their authenticity and presence, manage conflict and help leaders transition into new roles.
