"As a coach, I aim to enhance leaders’ repertoires to adapt and connect across cultures without losing their sense of self. They become stronger influencers and communicators and savvier at deciphering cultural norms and leveraging cultural diversity. They develop their capacity to be more strategic and visionary and they address leadership behaviours that negatively impact their performance."
