In the neuro-agility session, you will receive a copy of your brain profile which we will explore in more detail and we will show you how to drive the talent agenda to out-think, out-create, and out-perform for a sustainable future business strategy. The brain profiles cost £100 +vat, attendees of the session will receive them at a special price of only £75 +vat each.
In the motivation session, we will explain the roots of motivation and help you to understand your own motivational drivers. You will be asked to complete an online motivation assessment prior to the session and will receive your motivational map during the masterclass. Motivational maps are usually £75 +vat, attendees of the session will receive them at a special price of only £50 +vat each.
You are welcome to attend without purchasing the profiles or alternatively you can buy them after the event. However, the sessions will be more engaging if you have your own profile for reference.

Morning Session 9.30 – 12.30 – Neuro-agility: Simpler, Better, Faster – Improve Business Performance by Being More Neuro-agile
Learn how to future-proof yourself and your talent and build competitive edge in this era of disruptive change with a pragmatic, leading-edge approach to neuro-science: Neuro-agility, supporting people to do things simpler, better, faster.
People who are neuro agile have the flexibility to learn new skills, attitudes and behaviours faster and more easily. Knowing how to boost brain fitness by accelerating the 6 drivers of brain agility and leveraging the 7 factors that make up your unique neurological design, also dramatically improves performance, productivity and wellness.
In this experiential session, you will learn how to:
- measure and accelerate the 6 drivers of brain agility to optimise your brain fitness and performance
- leverage the 7 factors that make up your own unique neurological design to improve your learning, productivity, health and wellbeing
- use practical neuroscience to drive the talent agenda for businesses who want to out-think, out-create, and out-perform for a sustainable future business strategy in an era when we don’t yet know what skills and jobs the next generation will need!
Prior to the session, you will be asked to complete an on-line brain profile assessment, which measures your current levels of brain agility and will clarify your own unique neurological design.
Afternoon session 1.30 – 4.30 – Motivation: Ignite the Fire Within to Boost Engagement, Performance and Happiness
Do you really know what motivates you? And your people? Are you measuring motivation in your business?
Emotionally intelligent leaders know instinctively that to be engaged you need to be motivated, which drives performance. Hay Group research proves that highly engaged employees are 50% more likely to exceed their performance targets. The best companies at engaging people achieve 4.5 times the revenue growth. Understanding your own motivators saves time, effort and radically improves your performance and results, by going beyond behaviours to address your deeper drivers – your WHY?
In this session Carole will explain the roots of motivation and help you to understand your own motivational drivers. This has far-reaching implications for energising ourselves as well as step-changing the impact a leader can have when they know the motivational hot buttons of their people – relighting the fire in their team.
By the end of the session you will:
- Understand motivation and its relevance to business and leadership
- Know the roots behind motivation
- Understand the 9 work motivators and how to recognise them in others
- Clarify what motivates you – your top 3 and lowest motivators
- Know the hot buttons to motivate yourself and others
- Understand how to measure and track motivational levels
- Know how to apply motivation to teams and your wider business
Again, prior to the session you will be asked to complete an online motivation assessment and will receive your motivational map during the masterclass.
