We create business growth by unleashing the talent within your organisation. We’re passionate about the potential of people and the transformational impact of leadership in driving exponential performance and return on investment.
Established in 1998 we’ve partnered with over 1,000 organisations, growing their talent, building confidence and capability, shifting mindsets, behaviours and beliefs and skilling over 300,000 people to realise more of their potential.
We can deliver direct into your organisation with experiential, leading-edge facilitation, coaching, mentoring and blended on-line learning OR help you build your own internal capability with train-the-trainer for long-term sustainability.
Our purpose is to inspire ambitious organisations, individuals and teams to realise their full potential.
We partner with businesses who believe people are their greatest asset and want to optimise their capability, competence and confidence for real growth.
With over 20 years of experience, we blend solid business pragmatism with profound transformational change. Clients enjoy a ‘catalytic’ partnership with us, where we get under the skin of a business and its people. We’re brave enough to challenge, courageous enough to ask the tough questions and bold enough to go where others fear to tread. ‘Inspiring’ is the most consistent feedback we receive.
We live our values: Inspiring, Fresh, Commercial, Authentic, Purposeful, Catalytic and Collaborative.
Carole, Founder and CEO,
‘Just imagine how dramatically different your life would be if…
‘Just imagine how dramatically different your life would be if you were free from the tactical running of your business. What amazing change would take place if your team delivered serious results, with minimum input from you? I believe that great leaders do not create followers – they create leaders. They create powerful teams that feel inspired and supported to achieve their full potential. But you have to learn the right tools and techniques to achieve this.
We must identify the power and influence of the self, before moving on to explore how we can ignite and expand the potential of others, and design the environments where your people and business can excel. By establishing a coaching culture throughout your business, the true potential within your people is liberated; they are encouraged to be all they can be, living and working at their personal best, with optimum peace of mind’’.

Kate, Leadership & Team Coach,
‘My passion in life is enabling people – professionally and…
‘My passion in life is enabling people – professionally and personally to unlock their power and potential. To help them live fully as the leaders and individuals they were born to be. I gently but stubbornly unlock the truth; drilling down beyond the superficial and limiting perceptions that encumber progress and achievement to get to the deep truth where, once identified, real, long- lasting change for the individual, team and business, starts to occur. My combination of support and challenge provides a safe but catalytic environment for clients to feel comfortable with their vulnerabilities yet inspired and motivated to achieve their personal and professional dreams.’
Kate’s coaching and facilitation style is highly supportive, collaborative and warm yet challenging, sharp and provocative. Known for calling people to action and account, Kate demands an honesty and awareness that awakens and ignites peoples’ belief in themselves and their abilities – the result: inspired, energised and high-performing individuals. Kate started her career in marketing and recruitment, where she gained extensive commercial experience working for British Airways and marketing recruitment specialists, Ball and Hoolahan. She then spent 15 years working as a coach for both corporate clients and individuals. For the last 7 years she has lived overseas, in Sweden, Poland and Paris where she has gained a cultural perspective that has added another dimension to her coaching. Kate has 3 children and is an instructor of Ashtanga yoga and can use the combination of yoga and coaching to bring about extraordinary results for her clients.
Kate is passionate about realising human potential. She specialises in group facilitation and regularly delivers programmes such as coaching skills for managers and leaders, full potential leadership programmes and team building activities. Her expertise in conflict resolution and raising self-awareness combine to tackle and challenge people at the deepest level, inspiring and motivating leaders and groups to work differently, and more effectively in order to achieve their goals. Latterly, through examining her own strength, authenticity and passions she has moved more towards individual coaching as this is where she feels she is at her most powerful. Kate’s USP is undoubtedly her ability to draw upon her very broad range of skills, work & life experience to design unique programmes to suit individual needs.

‘As a coach, I aim to support organisations to…
‘As a coach, I aim to support organisations to improve their inter-generational working. Many leaders struggle to understand Generation Y and are failing to effectively motivate and capitalise on the unique skills and qualities they can bring to an organisation’.
Sarah left the police force over 11 years ago and since then has researched and worked with the younger generation for over 19 years, she partners with organisations worldwide focusing on how to connect and engage with ’20-something’ employees. Sarah supports organisations in breaking down the complex world of the 4 generations operating in today’s workplace using an inside-out approach. She offers insights into how each generation thinks and feels, how this transcends into their external world of choices, attitudes, habits and decision-making styles and ultimately how this impacts in a work environment.
Sarah’s understanding of the values and motivations of younger generations supports organisations in the development of strategies and solutions to attract exceptional young talent and ensure such individuals are retained. From her time in the police force Sarah brings with her extensive experience in conflict management, which combined with her coaching knowledge, has proved invaluable when formulating the practices and procedures that organisations need to work effectively across all generations and stimulate productive inter-generational working environments.
